Purpose:
In many heat transfer engineering designs, it is often encountered that two media are not allowed to be mixed, if the material mixing between the two processes will have serious consequences, such as corrosion, combustion explosion, pollution products to reduce product quality, chemical reactions, etc. Under these conditions, a heater with a transversely perforated single tubular structure can be used.
Structure and working principle of regenerative steam heater:
It is composed of a shell, a tube bundle, a pipe box and a leak detection alarm device. When the gas (liquid) at the connection joint of the heat exchange tube and the tube plate is leaked, the gas (liquid) gathers into the polymerization cavity along the transverse hole of the tube plate, and the leak detection alarm device connected with the polymerization cavity can be displayed to determine where the tube is
The head is leaking. The core element heat exchange tube adopts G-fin tube, and the tube bundle adopts detachable structure, which is convenient for maintenance and replacement.
